IMPLEMENTATION OF WORK ENVIRONMENT IN SUPPORTING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN SOUTHEAST PROVINCE MENTAL HOSPITAL

The purpose of this study was to determine the application work environment and employee performance at Mental Hospital Southeast Sulawesi Province. method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were analyzed using an interactive model according Miles, Huberman & Saldaña (2014) in (Elwan et al., 2022). results show that implementation for employees Province, both physical non-physical environment, has made a positive contribution achieving success carrying out job all employees. Likewise with condition supports harmonious working relationship through good communication between Province Sulawesi. Employee can already be stated as indicators, namely timeliness work, compliance rules systems, satisfactory quantity quality completion morale, effective relations communication, able contribute added value well responsibility organizational assets.
